Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Automotive Bodyshop Advisor located in Ahmedabad. The Automotive Bodyshop Advisor will oversee and facilitate the repair and maintenance process for vehicles, including coordinating with technicians and ensuring timely service. Responsibilities include analyzing damage reports, consulting with customers, providing repair estimates, and maintaining communication throughout the service process. The advisor will work closely with the service team to ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction are met.
Qualifications
- Experience in Automotive Repairs, Service Advising, and knowledge of vehicle body components
- Strong communication skills to liaise with customers and technicians effectively
- Proficiency in using repair scheduling systems and handling customer inquiries
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to assess damage and recommend appropriate repair solutions
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate repair records
- Prior experience in automotive service or repair facilities is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree or vocational training in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
