Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have experience in generating leads, developing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships in the IT services or software solutions domain. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for technology sales.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads for IT services through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Handle websites like
fiverr, Upwork, Freelance, PeoplePerHour, and more.. - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct meetings and product/service presentations to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to create customized proposals and solutions.
- Cold Calling and proficiency in proposal writing.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close business deals.
- Track and report sales metrics, pipeline progress, and business opportunities using CRM tools.
- Research market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT sales, software services, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT services, software development, or digital solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
