Job Title Cloud Operation - System Administrator

Role -- Responsible for managing AWS cloud infrastructure along with on-premises IT systems,

ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities --

  • Deploy, configure, and manage AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.).
  • Maintain and troubleshoot on-premises and cloud-based IT infrastructure.
  • Implement security policies using AWS Security Hub, GuardDuty, and IAM best practices.
  • Perform cloud automation and orchestration using Terraform, CloudFormation, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor cloud resources using AWS CloudWatch, AWS Config, and CloudTrail.
  • Manage hybrid cloud connectivity (VPN, Direct Connect) and networking.
  • Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and high availability strategies (AWS Backup, snapshots).
  • Administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and enterprise applications.
  • Provide support for end-users and troubleshoot system/network issues.

Required Skills --

  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
  • Strong Linux and Windows server administration skills.
  • Proficiency in scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
  • Cloud networking (VPC, Subnets, Route 53, Security Groups, NACLs).
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • AWS IAM & security best practices.
  • Troubleshooting hybrid cloud & on-prem environments.

Certifications (Preferred if any) -- AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator
