The goal of Economics is
to prioritize ongoing optimization of cloud costs, to make sure Clients are getting maximum value for minimal spend
.

Candidate will work on implementation of Economics process. This role will serve as primary subject matter expert (SME) of public cloud platforms from (Azure/AWS/GCP) and perform Cloud cost assessment and periodic optimization of cloud expenses

Economics cloud commercial officer will focus on implementing multiple cost optimization process, cost monitoring, reporting, tracking and optimizing on regular bases

Role & Responsibilities

Leading the development of cloud Economics services on (Azure/AWS/GCP), operating model, operating models for cloud operating environment, which may include

  • Overall responsibility for proactively monitoring the budgets and costs of cloud platform in support of satisfying the best possible outcome for different environment.
  • Determine and predict budgets associated with current and future cloud workloads
  • Review cloud utilization and make recommendation on licensing and subscription models pay as per use, reserved instance strategy and proposed discounts for optimization

Generate standard reporting's and complete ad-hoc analyses designed to monitor.
