We are looking for an experienced Lead Python Developer with a strong background in Django and extensive AWS expertise to join our team. As a Lead of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications and cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python and Django.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Exposure of migration from Monolithic to Microservice architecture.
  • Create RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications.
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Develop and implement robust security measures for web applications.
  • Utilize AWS services to deploy, manage, and scale applications in a cloud environment.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployment and continuous integration.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with thorough documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Python Developer.
  • Expert in Load/Stress/Performance Testing and must have an exposure to the respective tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and Django framework.
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
  • Proficiency in database design and SQL, with experience in both relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer) is a plus.
  • Required skills:- Experience in Python, Django, Microservices, AWS & Database design
