Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage company profiles across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, videos, graphics).
  • Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize strategies.
  • Run paid social media campaigns and monitor ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2 years of proven experience in social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SMO, and digital marketing trends.
  • Hands-on experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
