Manager - Gold Loan

• Explain new customer about Gold loan and guide them for loan process.
• Loan Operations: Oversee the entire gold loan process, from intial inqury and gold appraisal to loan disbursement.
• Gold Appraisal: Acccurately assess the purity, weight, and market value of gold.
• Sales & Business Development: Drive business growth by achieving sales targest, generating new leads, and building long-term customer relationships.
• Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service by resolving queries promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Team Management: Lead, motivate, and train the branch staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to processes.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all organaisation policies, financial regulations, and audit standards.
• Documentation & Reporting: Ensure accurate documentation and complete central reporting of all gold loan activities.
• Verifying the pleadge gold inventory
