Job Responsibilities

  • Manage student accounts, including tuition fees, payments, and refunds
  • Process transactions, such as payments, adjustments, and write-offs
  • Reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies
  • Communicate with students, parents, and faculty regarding account-related issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve account-related issues
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
  • Manage payroll processing, including salary payments, benefits, and deductions
  • Ensure TDS compliance, including timely deduction and deposit, filing returns, and issuing certificates
  • Reconcile bank statements, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies
  • Manage cash flow, including forecasting and budgeting
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes

NOTE:
Desired candidate must have a 2 years commitment and need to submit one of the original documents.
