Information Gathering: Route claims to different departments, providers, or members to obtain any missing information required for adjudication. Quality & Production: Maintain high production levels and quality standards while adhering to strict turnaround times (TAT) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Shift & Schedule Adherence: Ensure adherence to assigned shifts and schedules. Process Knowledge: Possess and apply strong process knowledge relevant to the role.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, listening, and comprehension skills. Typing Speed: Typing speed exceeding 6000 characters per minute. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Attention to Detail: Ability to analyze multiple documents accurately

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Part-time
