Job Location: Chennai (Porur, Sholinganallur, Tharamani, Perungudi, Egmore, Navalur & Velachery)

Experience Required: 2 to 15+ Years

Positions Open:

  1. Electrical Supervisor / Multi-Skilled Technician - 10th std + ITI / Diploma / BE with min 3 to 5 years of exp in the maintenance domain. The qualified candidates will be considered for "Facility Executive" job role.

2. Shift Engineer - Electrical : Diploma / BE in EEE with a minimum of 3 years of experience in handling the commercial IT park or any high rise building

3. Asst Manager / Deputy Manager / Sr Manager or Asst General Manager - Electrical: Diploma / BE in EEE with a minimum of 8 to 15 years of experience in Facility or Property.

4. Soft Services Executive & Manager: Minimum of 3 to 15 years of experience in Facilities or Property Management.

  1. Food Court Manager - Diploma / Any graduate with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in handling the overall Cafeteria operations and vendor management. Candidate from a Corporate or a large chain of restaurant can apply.

6. Fire Safety Officer: Diploma / Any graduate with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

7. HSE - Safety Manager: Diploma / Any graduate with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

8. Security Manager: Candidates from ARMY / NAVY / CISF background with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of Corporate experience in handling overall physical security operations are only eligible to apply.

8. Security Officer : Candidates from ARMY background alone are eligible to apply.

9. Asst Manager / Deputy Manager - Elevators: Diploma / BE in EEE with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in elevators operations and maintenance.

  1. Front Office Executive - Diploma or Any Graduate with a minimum of 2 years experience in handling the receptionist role from any Corporate or reputed hotel.
