Role & responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the Graphic Designer include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Design and develop high-quality visual assets, such as logos, illustrations, and social media graphics.
  • Create engaging and dynamic motion graphics, including animated videos, GIFs, and visual effects for digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the copywriting and marketing teams to ensure design elements complement the overall messaging and communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software tools to continuously improve the visual quality of the company's marketing materials.
  • Optimize designs and animations for various digital and print platforms, ensuring they are responsive and accessible
  • Provide design guidance and support to other team members as needed
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the ideation of new design concepts
  • Maintain a well-organized digital asset library and ensure consistency in the company's visual brand guidelines
  • Desired Competencies Strong proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
  • Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs
  • Understanding of motion graphics principles, including typography, color theory, and animation techniques
  • Familiarity with digital marketing best practices and the ability to create designs that are optimized for various digital platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure design consistency across multiple projects
  • Excellent time management and project organization skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Graphic design, Visual communication or related field with at least 4 - 5 years of experience in Graphic design or motion graphics.
