Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer with 1-2 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. You will support the creation of visually compelling digital and print assets, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, web banners, and branding materials. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Dreamweaver is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching social media posts, stories, and ads using Canva and Photoshop.

• Create and edit web banners, landing page graphics, and email templates using Dreamweaver and Photoshop.

• Develop print-ready materials such as flyers, brochures, posters, and business cards.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all visual assets.

• Edit and retouch images, optimize files for web and print, and manage asset libraries.

• Assist in building basic HTML email templates and simple landing pages using Dreamweaver.

• Stay updated on design trends and suggest fresh, innovative ideas.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience (internships included).

• Strong proficiency in:

• Canva (for quick-turnaround social and marketing assets)

• Adobe Photoshop (photo editing, compositing, and digital illustrations)

• Adobe Dreamweaver (basic HTML/CSS for web graphics and email templates)

• Solid understanding of design principles (layout, typography, color theory).

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for implementing designs in Dreamweaver.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

• A portfolio showcasing Canva, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver projects (social media, web, print).

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Branding & Communication, or Graphic Design
  • Strong creative thinking and conceptual skills

  • Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.) is a plus
  • Candidates must be located in Chennai or ready to relocate to Chennai
