Job Overview

Surayay Namah Energy is seeking a dynamic and motivated Finance Executive - Field. This is a fresh-level, full-time position located in Indore, Jabalpur, Varanasi, Lucknow, and Nagpur. The role is ideal for individuals with up to 1 year of work experience who are eager to grow in the solar electric power generation industry.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in documentation processes to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with industry standards. (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience with post-sales processes, providing support and guidance to customers for continued satisfaction. (Mandatory skill)
  • Expertise in liasioning activities to effectively communicate and coordinate between different parties. (Mandatory skill)
  • Understanding of risk management principles to identify, assess, and mitigate potential financial risks.
  • Inclined towards fieldwork, comfortable with on-site visits and interactions to achieve project goals.
  • Knowledge of loan processes, including assessment, approval, and documentation for financial facilitation.
  • Strong business development skills with the ability to identify new opportunities and foster growth.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and feedback in a professional setting.

  • Assist in the preparation and management of project documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Engage in post-sales support activities to foster customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth liaison processes within projects.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies.
  • Participate in fieldwork activities to ensure effective execution and monitoring of solar projects.
  • Oversee loan processes, coordinating with financial institutions to secure necessary funding.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying and recommending potential growth opportunities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate financial insights and project progress.
