Job Title: Finance Executive – Content Monetisation (Facebook & YouTube)


Role Overview

The Finance Executive – Content Monetisation will be responsible for end-to-end management, validation, and reconciliation of revenue generated through Facebook (Meta) and YouTube monetisation. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, timely payout tracking, and strict compliance with platform policies and internal financial standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Track, analyse, and verify daily, weekly, and monthly monetisation revenue through Meta and YouTube dashboards.
  • Reconcile actual payouts received against expected revenue and identify discrepancies or shortfalls.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed financial records for all monetised pages and channels.
  • Prepare comprehensive MIS reports, including revenue summaries, RPM analysis, and page-wise/channel-wise performance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal content, operations, and monetisation teams to improve revenue accuracy and resolve monetisation-related issues.
  • Coordinate with Meta and YouTube platform representatives for payout clarifications, policy updates, and issue resolution.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and revenue projections for all monetised digital IPs.
  • Ensure adherence to internal SOPs, financial controls, and platform compliance guidelines.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Prior exposure to digital monetisation platforms such as Google AdSense and Meta payouts is preferred.
  • High attention to detail with strong accuracy, reconciliation, and structured reporting capabilities.
