Job Title: Bid & Contract Executive

Location: Noida

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:·

  • Review and analyse tender documents; prepare compliance checklists and risk assessments.
  • Compile and format techno-commercial proposals, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with Business Development, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Engineering teams for smooth bid finalisation.
  • Prepare pricing documentation, validate cost sheets, and align with finance for approvals.
  • Draft contracts, NDAs, MoUs, JV agreements, and other legal documentation for review.
  • Manage online/offline bid submissions within strict deadlines.
  • Maintain and update bid templates, past submissions, and segment knowledge repositories.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • 3–6 years of experience in bid preparation, contracts, or proposal coordination in MBC & AMI / EPC / Smart Infra / SaaS.
  • Familiarity with tender portals, procurement norms, and funding schemes (RDSS, KUSUM, PSU/State programs).
  • Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document formatting.
  • Good understanding of commercial terms, taxation (GST), and contract risks.
  • Excellent organisational, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
