Job Overview:

We're seeking a strategic and data-driven Social Media Paid Marketing Manager to lead paid advertising efforts across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X. This role is key to driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue through targeted and optimized campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Execution:
    Develop and implement paid social media strategies aligned with business goals to maximize ROI.
  • Campaign Management:
    Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs and stay within budget.
  • Audience Targeting:
    Use platform tools and data insights to segment and target audiences effectively.
  • Creative Collaboration:
    Work with design/content teams to produce compelling creatives and test ad formats.
  • Performance Reporting:
    Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Budget Oversight:
    Forecast and manage campaign budgets for cost-effective delivery.
  • Cross-Team Coordination:
    Collaborate with product, compliance, and marketing teams to align campaigns.
  • Trend Monitoring:
    Stay updated on platform changes, privacy regulations, and new ad features.
  • Vendor Management:
    Oversee agency and third-party vendor relationships where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency in ad tools (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, DV360, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and tracking setups.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and platform-native dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage large budgets and deliver strong ROI.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Certifications (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Google Analytics) are a plus.
