Job Location : Mohali

Working days - 6days (1week off as per the roaster)

Experience Min.2-3Years as a Sales Lead

Salary (in CTC) Between 10LPA to 15 LPA

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Role Overview:

The Pool Leader will oversee a team of internet sales executives, ensuring achievement of sales targets, effective lead management, and excellent customer engagement through digital channels. The role requires strong leadership, process orientation, and the ability to drive performance within a competitive and dynamic online sales environment.

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a pool of Internet Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Allocate leads, monitor follow-ups, and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
  • Track team performance through CRM systems, dashboards, and daily reporting.
  • Provide training, guidance, and regular feedback to enhance team capability.
  • Ensure adherence to sales scripts, customer interaction protocols, and compliance guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and conversion.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management review
  • Drive productivity and efficiency through process improvements and effective resource utilization.
