Personal Trainer (On-site)

About The Opportunity
Join a fast-growing wellness provider delivering personalised fitness solutions and measurable outcomes for members ranging from beginners to high-performance clients. This on-site coaching role blends hands-on training, client assessment, and program design to drive retention and results at our fitness locations across India.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, results-oriented one-to-one and small-group training sessions that align with client goals and fitness levels.
  • Conduct thorough fitness assessments (movement screening, body composition, strength tests) and develop progressive training plans.
  • Design and adapt exercise programs for strength, conditioning, fat loss, rehabilitation support, and sport-specific goals.
  • Coach technique, motivate clients, track progress, and maintain detailed training notes to demonstrate outcomes.
  • Support facility operations: maintain equipment safety, manage session scheduling, and contribute to a clean, welcoming workout environment.
  • Drive client engagement and retention through follow-ups, upsell of relevant services, and collaboration with the wellness team.
