Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Group Live Coordinator to manage and audit live fitness sessions across the day. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in early morning or late evening shifts, coordinating with fitness coaches, and ensuring smooth execution of live sessions with high-quality standards.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Share the session posters and updates in relevant WhatsApp community groups as per the schedule.
  • Initiate the Zoom session or platform 5 minutes prior to the scheduled session time.
  • Upon coach's arrival, transfer host rights to the trainer and begin auditing the session.
  • Monitor and audit the live session as per the checklist and quality parameters provided.
  • If the coach is late or does not join on time, coordinate immediately with the trainer or concerned team head to resolve the issue.
  • After the session concludes, complete and submit the session audit form with all necessary details.
  • Upload and share the session recording in the respective WhatsApp community/group promptly post-session.
  • On a weekly or monthly basis, update coach profiles with relevant performance or session data.
  • Create and maintain group live session links in the CRM as per the schedule.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of Zoom or similar platforms
  • Ability to multitask and stay alert during sessions
  • Detail-oriented with an eye for quality and process adherence
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts and weekend availability

Qualification

  • Any Degree
  • Previous experience in fitness coordination, client support, or training operations is a plus
  • Basic understanding of fitness formats like Zumba, Yoga, etc. is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month
