We are seeking experienced Tekla Modelers and Checkers with strong knowledge of AISC standards to join our steel detailing team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in modeling, detailing, and checking structural and miscellaneous steel projects, ensuring high accuracy and compliance with client and fabrication requirements.

Key Responsibilities for Tekla Modeler:

  • Develop detailed 3D Tekla Structures models for structural and miscellaneous steel projects as per AISC standards.
  • Prepare shop drawings, GA drawings, assembly drawings, and material lists (BOM) from Tekla models.
  • Ensure models and drawings are accurate, well-coordinated, and aligned with project specifications.
  • Apply connection details, member marks, and drawing templates as per client requirements.
  • Coordinate with project leads, engineers, and checkers to resolve modeling and detailing issues.
  • Manage drawing revisions, updates, and ensure timely project delivery with quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized Tekla model environment for team collaboration.

For Tekla Checker:

  • Review and check 3D Tekla models and drawings produced by modelers to ensure compliance with AISC standards and client requirements.
  • Verify connections, member sizes, dimensions, weld symbols, bolt lists, and drawing clarity.
  • Perform clash detection and model validation before issuing drawings for fabrication.
  • Provide clear markups and comments for corrections to modelers and ensure all changes are implemented.
  • Communicate with engineers, project managers, and clients for technical clarifications.
  • Maintain quality control across all project deliverables.
  • Ensure deadlines are met without compromising accuracy and detailing standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2 to 5+ years of experience in Structural Steel Detailing using Tekla Structures.
  • Strong understanding of AISC Detailing Standards and fabrication practices.
  • Hands-on experience with shop drawings, GA drawings, and material lists.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Industrial, Commercial, and Miscellaneous steel projects.
  • Exposure to international detailing practices (AISC, OSHA).

Salary: Competitive – based on experience and skill level.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹59,628.22 per month
