We're seeking a Senior Handbag Designer who can think creatively, design intelligently, and translate ideas into reality with technical precision.

Your Role Will Include

  • Designing luxury handbags for women that are elegant, functional, and globally appealing.
  • Translating design ideas into clear sketches, detailed tech packs, and specifications for the sampling and production teams.
  • Collaborating closely with the sampling unit to ensure perfect structure, proportion, and finish.
  • Refining prototypes through multiple iterations and maintaining consistency in design execution.
  • Staying updated on global design trends and bringing a modern, timeless aesthetic to each collection.

You're Our Ideal Designer If You Have

  • 4–6 years of experience in handbag or accessory design within premium or luxury brands.
  • Strong understanding of bag construction, technical details, and pattern development.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for sketching and tech pack creation.
  • Ability to translate concepts into production-ready designs with precision and practicality.
  • A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively with design and production teams.
  • Passion for creating designs that combine beauty, functionality, and emotional connection.
