Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Jira system-wide settings, permissions, and security policies.
• Configure workflows, custom fields, issue types, and automation rules.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor system performance, conduct audits, and maintain uptime.
• Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems.
• Create advanced dashboards, reports, and analytics beyond native Jira capabilities.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Jira solutions.
• Work closely with IT, DevOps, and compliance teams to align Jira usage with enterprise goals.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on Jira best practices.

The Team strategic growth team serves as a central pillar driving growth and transformation within Deloitte, spanning several business lines and various technology functions. We are established as a centralized team collaborating across consulting, implementation, and operation to maintain and enhance client value offerings and services. We innovate conventional approaches, leveraging Deloitte technology, differentiated domain expertise, intellectual property, talent, and capacity to embed continuous advantage and deliver enhanced business value.

In this team, our focus is on catering to the unique needs and preferences of clients in the South Asia region. Your role within this dynamic team is essential for establishing networks and relationships across the client stakeholder ecosystem and ensuring service fulfillment. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other Deloitte leadership and stakeholders dedicated to the client. Your contributions will involve nurturing new and existing relationships, supporting presales life cycles, and playing a pivotal role in driving the success of Deloitte business growth for the specific client.

Your work profile

• Strong knowledge of Jira administration (permissions, workflows, schemes, automation).
• Experience with Atlassian Access, SSO, and enterprise-level governance.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Groovy, Java, Python, or similar).
• Experience with Jira REST APIs, ScriptRunner, and Atlassian SDK.
• Strong knowledge of cloud Jira environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• 5+ years of Jira administration and/or development in enterprise environments.
• Experience with large-scale Jira migrations, upgrades, or consolidations.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with other Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira, Jira Service Management).

Desired qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field.

• Base location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad
• This profile involves frequent travelling to client locations
