Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Data Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable data solutions. This role requires deep expertise in legacy systems (mainframe), modern cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake), API integration, and full-stack development. You will be responsible for architecting data migration strategies, building robust data pipelines, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Design end-to-end data architectures for migration to modern platforms.

- Lead the development of scalable data pipelines using Python, Unix scripting, and cloud-native tools.

- Architect and implement solutions on AWS and Snowflake, ensuring performance, security, and cost-efficiency.

- Oversee API development and integration across systems.

- Guide frontend and backend development teams to ensure seamless user experience and system interoperability.

- Manage and mentor a team of data developers, testers, and full-stack engineers.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, data governance, and DevOps.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
