Job Description :

Role : Senior Data Architect/Consultant

Years of Experience : 8-14 years

Work Location : Bangalore

Work Mode : Hybrid

Shift timing : Afternoon Shift.

Mandatory skills : Advance in Oracle, Advance in SQL, Python or Bash scripting, Data analytics and any cloud.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain data warehouse schemas located in Oracle and Google Big Query.
• Ensure procedures are running on schedule and resolve bugs as they arise.
• Random validation to ensure accuracy of the reporting views.
• Complete audits for data governance and process.
• Create and maintain python scripts utilized for automated reporting and ETL.
• Create and manage complex reporting views, tables, and procedures including ETL work within Oracle DBMS.
• Transition Oracle schemas to GCP
• Create and maintain data dictionaries and warehouse documentation.
• Locate and source new data as needed.
• Capture, develop, and document data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements.
• Maintain code in Git repositories.
• Work in Azure ADO for intake management and sprint planning
• Adhoc reporting and analysis
• Create adhoc reporting and analysis as requested by stakeholders to solve business problems or hypothesis test business questions

Technical Skills:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Ability to translate business needs to technical specifications.
• Advanced to Expert database development and management, preferably in Oracle utilizing stored procedures, complex nested statements, schedules, and functions in the capacity of golden reporting layer reporting, schema maintenance, ETL across data warehouses, requirements gathering, and QA/QC.
• Intermediate to Advanced python development in the capacity of automation of recurring reporting, ETL, API, process automation.
• Advanced GCP data architecture, ETL, procedures, schedules, functions, ETL, and complex queries designed for efficiencies and cost optimizations.
• Informatica Cloud experience.
• Experience transitioning from Oracle or similar warehouse structure to GCP for reporting layers.
• Data Governance, data integrity, QC experience.
• Ability to manipulate and summarize large data sets.

• Must possess strong communication and relationship development skills.
• Telecom industry experience preferred
• Comfortable reaching out to domain experts to seek knowledge needed.
• Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment and asynchronously.
