We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Stock Manager to oversee inventory operations and ensure accurate stock levels across our retail/warehouse location. This role involves managing incoming and outgoing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring stock movement, and maintaining optimal inventory levels to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update inventory records in real-time.
  • Monitor stock levels, identify shortages, and reorder supplies as needed.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock deliveries.
  • Organize stock in storage areas, ensuring accessibility and cleanliness.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate with sales and purchasing teams to forecast demand.
  • Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and recommend solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during stock handling.
  • Generate reports on inventory status, discrepancies, and stock trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8, ₹14,000.00 per month
