We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Stock Manager to oversee inventory operations and ensure accurate stock levels across our retail/warehouse location. This role involves managing incoming and outgoing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring stock movement, and maintaining optimal inventory levels to support smooth business operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update inventory records in real-time.
- Monitor stock levels, identify shortages, and reorder supplies as needed.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock deliveries.
- Organize stock in storage areas, ensuring accessibility and cleanliness.
- Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with sales and purchasing teams to forecast demand.
- Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and recommend solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during stock handling.
- Generate reports on inventory status, discrepancies, and stock trends.
