We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance wear, fabric technologies, and current fashion trends. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing innovative activewear collections that align with our brand identity and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop activewear collections, including concepts, sketches, CADs, and tech packs.
  • Conduct market and trend research to identify new design directions, fabrics, trims, and silhouettes.
  • Work closely with the product development and merchandising teams to ensure design feasibility, functionality, and cost effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with fabric sourcing and production teams to select appropriate materials suitable for performance and comfort.
  • Create seasonal color palettes and mood boards aligned with brand positioning.
  • Review fit samples and participate in fittings to ensure design integrity and technical accuracy.
  • Stay updated on innovations in sportswear fabrics, sustainability practices, and consumer preferences.
  • Ensure all design deliverables meet deadlines and maintain brand standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in activewear, sportswear, or performance apparel design.
  • Strong understanding of fabric performance properties (stretch, moisture management, compression, etc.).
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools.
  • Excellent sense of color, trend awareness, and silhouette development.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
