Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Executive, located in Trivandrum. The Sourcing Executive will be responsible for day-to-day procurement tasks, including sourcing products, conducting contract negotiations, and managing supplier relationships. The role also involves analyzing market trends, recruiting potential suppliers, managing procurement records, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective supplier and team interaction
  • Experience in Contract Negotiation and Procurement processes
  • Proficiency in Recruiting and managing supplier relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
