Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Venue Executive – Customer Service located in New Delhi. The Venue Executive will be responsible for managing daily customer interactions, addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Venue Executive will oversee customer service management activities, maintaining a positive relationship with customers, and coordinating with the team to enhance the overall customer experience.
