Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre Primary Teacher to inspire young minds in a nurturing and engaging learning environment. This role is vital in shaping the foundational skills of early childhood development, fostering curiosity, creativity, and social growth in children aged 3 to 6. The teacher will play a key role in delivering age-appropriate, play-based curriculum that supports cognitive, emotional, and physical development. This position requires a compassionate educator who is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom where every child feels valued and encouraged to explore and learn.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement interactive, developmentally appropriate lesson plans for pre-primary students.
  • Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes exploration and learning.
  • Facilitate daily activities including circle time, storytelling, arts and crafts, music, movement, and play-based learning.
  • Monitor and support children's social, emotional, and academic development through observation and individualized attention.
  • Maintain open and consistent communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to support school-wide initiatives and child development goals.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies, safety protocols, and curriculum standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching pre-primary or early childhood students.
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and play-based learning methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Valid teaching certification or license (if applicable).
  • Proficiency in using basic classroom technology and educational tools.
  • Passion for nurturing young learners and fostering a positive, inclusive classroom culture.
