  1. Market Research & Analysis:o Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitoractivities within the solar and renewable energy sectors.o Analyze customer feedback and industry developments to help refinemarketing strategies.2. Campaign Development & Execution:o Plan, create, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print,social media, etc.) to promote solar mounting products.o Coordinate product launches and promotional events to increase customerengagement.3. Content Creation & Management:o Develop content for digital platforms (website, social media, emailnewsletters, blogs, etc.) that highlights product features, benefits, andapplications.o Work closely with design and creative teams to produce high-quality visualsand content.4. Brand Management:o Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials andcommunications.o Enhance brand awareness by building strong relationships with keystakeholders, including customers, distributors, and partners.5. Lead Generation & Sales Support:o Generate qualified leads through marketing efforts, including digital & socialmedia, trade shows, and tele-calling.o Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted marketing strategiesthat convert leads into customers.6. Event Planning & Execution:o Assist in organizing and attending industry trade shows, conferences, andother relevant events to showcase our products and expand businessopportunities.7. Reporting & Analytics:o Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, reporting onkey metrics and KPIs.o Utilize data insights to adjust and optimize marketing strategies for maximumimpact.8. Collaborative Initiatives:o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development,sales, and customer service, to align marketing initiatives with businessobjectives.o Collaborate with external agencies or partners when necessary to ensureeffective execution of campaigns.Skills and Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience (2+ years) in a marketing role, preferably within the renewableenergy, construction, or manufacturing industry.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, socialmedia, and email marketing.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Conversant with speaking inENGLISH & HINDI.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience using marketing analytics tools (MS Office,Google Analytics, etc.).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
