We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage and maintain daily site installation data and ERP accounts information. The ideal candidate will be responsible for compiling, updating, and analyzing data from multiple sources to support operations and decision-making. This role bridges field operations with ERP-based financial tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:1. Data Management & Reporting

  • Collect, validate, and maintain daily data related to site installations (progress, timelines, material usage, etc.).
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on installation progress and site performance metrics.
  • Create and update dashboards and trackers to ensure real-time visibility for stakeholders.
  • Analyze discrepancies in reported data and coordinate with field teams for accuracy.

2. ERP System Handling

  • Manage and update ERP entries related to accounts, billing, purchase orders, and project costs.
  • Ensure all financial and inventory data is accurately reflected in the ERP system.
  • Reconcile installation records with ERP-based inventory and billing information.
  • Assist in financial and audit reports generation from ERP systems.

3. Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with field engineers, installation teams, and project managers for daily updates.
  • Liaise with accounts and procurement departments for data validation and reporting.
  • Provide MIS support for ongoing and upcoming projects including forecasting and performance analytics.
  • Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide timely resolutions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in MIS, ERP handling, or project/site data reporting

Preferred Tools/Software:

  • MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • ERP Software (SAP / Tally / Oracle / Zoho / customized ERP)
