Position: Sr. Manager Projects Interior Fit Out Execution Location: Mumbai

We are seeking a new Sr. Manager Projects - who will be the interface between project ownership and delivery. You are required to act as a point of contact between the clients representative and White fox Designs LLP ensuring the desired project objectives are delivered.

Main Accountability & Tasks:

  • Conduct Initial Site visit; Prepare Site Visit Report
  • Inputs to design team for preparation of technical drawings / GFC Drawings as per the design

    to circulate on the site for execution as and when required
  • Coordinate with in-house & site related teams to keep a check on proper translation of the

    design on site and/or any changes in the design/drawings as per site condition
  • Prepare Broad Timelines
  • Resource Planning
  • Project Planning; Prepare Detail Project schedule for timely completion
  • Identify Long lead items and inform procurement team
  • Identify any critical items that can be forecasted to mitigate risk
  • Work closely with the procurement team, on site execution team, design team, accounts

  • Co-ordinate with all in house project team, on boarded vendors / contractors for kick off

  • Periodic site visits during construction phase
  • Prepare detail MOM of all meetings and site progress reports.
  • Co-ordination with all concern team for material tracking
  • Lead site meetings regularly – internal / external team
  • Co-ordination with Client team regularly for updates, approvals, any site related queries to

    conclude any / all types of feedback / remarks from client's end
  • Daily Project Tracking and reporting to the management for any escalation
  • Provide technical support to site team to maintain desired quality
  • Track the project as per planned schedule
  • Analyze the delay if any and provide solutions
  • Quality check. Maintain high quality standards. Develop Quality check methods and

    implement
  • Preparing & Monitoring cash flow
  • Check and approve all contractor / vendor bills
  • Co-ordination with finance team for contractors / vendor payments
  • Co-ordinate / communicate with all departments
  • Make client billing as per pre-defined milestones
  • Obtaining all necessary documents, warranty guarantee certificates from vendors / would be

    then handed over to client
  • Make proper hand over report. Follow up and coordination with client for completion

  • Monitor snagging / de-snagging process. Minimize snags
  • Handling multiple projects at a time
  • Proficiency in BOQ and commercials

Soft Skills:

  • Leadership qualities to drive the team of 2 to 3 Jr. Project Manager
  • Detail oriented, process driven approach, problem solving skills
  • Analytical mind and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Planning, coordination & execution skills
  • Ownership of the work being carried out for Quality and Costing

    Others:
  • Well versed with MS Office / MSP
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Architecture / Interior Designing
  • Experience: 15 Y ears and above
  • Successfully worked on and completed commercial projects more than 50,000 Sqft
