Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Memberships Manager in Mumbai. The Memberships Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the membership community of Priwexus. This includes but is not limited to managing member relationships, organizing networking events, coordinating educational programs, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The Memberships Manager will also analyze membership data and provide reports to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in membership management, customer service, and event planning
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of the finance industry and family offices is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
