Deputy Manager-Membership Role Summary

\

As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a seamless membership experience by ensuring compliance and accuracy. Your responsibilities will include scrutinizing applications for change in director details, shareholding/DPG pattern, and constitution/re-constitution of partnership firms.

\

Key duties will involve screening applications, maintaining thorough records, and following up with members via mail and phone calls. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing applications without errors within the prescribed timeframe and updating relevant databases accordingly.

\

Other critical tasks will include closing alerts in Trackwizz, maintaining monthly databases, and collating data for internal departments. To excel in this role, you will require a strong understanding of securities and capital markets, as well as excellent analytical, execution, and communication skills.

\

A degree from a reputable institution or university is preferred, along with 3-4 years of experience in securities, financial services, mutual funds, or insurance companies. You should possess proactive qualities, a keen eye for detail, and strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
