About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer with deep expertise in Salesforce development, customization, and system integration.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and deliver exceptional user experiences.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, admins, QA, and business stakeholders to build robust Salesforce applications and integrations that drive organizational growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and SOQL/SOSL queries.

- Develop and enhance Salesforce workflows, validation rules, process builders, and approval processes.

- Build custom applications, integrations, and APIs to support business needs and scalability.

- Implement best practices in code structure, security, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with solution architects to design and implement end-to-end Salesforce architecture and integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, ETL, etc.

- Ensure data consistency, integrity, and synchronization across Salesforce and connected systems.

- Work on multi-cloud integrations such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git, Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.

- Lead code reviews, design sessions, and technical workshops with junior engineers and admins.

- Provide mentorship, guidance, and best practices for Salesforce development and configuration.

- Partner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality releases on schedule.

- Contribute to technical documentation, deployment guides, and reusable component libraries.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support to ensure robust functionality.

- Manage deployments between sandbox, staging, and production environments.

- Proactively identify and resolve system issues, performance bottlenecks, and scalability challenges.

- Monitor Salesforce releases and propose enhancements or adoption of new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in Salesforce development and engineering.

- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and REST/SOAP APIs.

- Experience with Salesforce configuration, custom object development, and security models.

- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Model, Governor Limits, and best development practices.

- Hands-on experience in Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Git-based workflows.

- Experience with Agile / Scrum development methodologies.

- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
