Plays a key role in managing complex employee data transactions, ensuring data accuracy as well as supporting with reporting and escalations. HR Operations responsibilities include managing employee life-cycle processes as well as assisting general administrative duties. Role is responsible for reporting and using data to identify operational inefficiencies and helps to recommend and improve or innovate processes to keep them as effective and efficient as possible. The right candidate will be detail oriented and comfortable with Excel.
Role Responsibilities
- Handle complex employee requests requiring research, analysis, and follow-up - Leaves of Absence Administration, Employee life cycle data administration, Administer Separation, Administer Comp & Benefits Changes.
- Support HR Business Partners and Leaders with reporting, data corrections, and escalated queries.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality of HR data.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Associates on processes and system navigation.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within HR Operations.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Managing Data Quality - Ensure that data is up to date, drive the processes, and ensure audit reports are clean & accurate in the HCM system
- Administers new hires, changes, and separations in the organization
- Supports the setup and administration of employee records, data warehousing, and employee file management with a high level of accuracy and discretion
Qualification –
- Minimum 3-5 years' work experience within Employee Data Management operations
- Bachelor's degree (Any Stream)
- Demonstrate ability and integrity when working with confidential data
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, and coordination skills
- Strong service orientation with demonstrated desire and willingness to serve the team and its customers
- Ability to take initiative; be proactive without waiting for direction; strong sense of personal accountability
- MS Office & Excel Skills
- SAP ECC/other ERPs working knowledge will be a plus
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and data management best practices
- Advanced proficiency in HR systems (SAP SF, HRIS tools)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases effectively
- Experience supporting process improvement or automation initiatives
