About the Role

We are looking for a Mumbai based detail oriented and proactive Executive (Compliance, Accounts & Administration) to join our team. The ideal candidate will support compliance activities, handle accounting tasks, and manage general administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in statutory and regulatory compliance, majorly around SEBI related compliance and other required filings
  • Maintain and update SEBI related (Research Analyst/Investment Advisor) compliance documentation.
  • Handle day to day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
  • Support in preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, CS/CA firms, and regulatory bodies.
  • Manage office administration activities, including documentation and coordination.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and timelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • B.Com or equivalent degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Company Secretary or Chartered Accountant firm.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting tools/software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Must be based in Mumbai.
