We are seeking a passionate Flutter Developer with strong expertise in
Dart
and experience in building industry-grade mobile applications. This role will give you the opportunity to work on scalable, real-time mobile solutions and contribute directly to the growth of our AI-powered SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
  • Implement state management solutions (Bloc, Riverpod) for robust app architecture.
  • Build and integrate
    WebRTC
    for real-time video/audio communication.
  • Implement and manage
    socket connections
    for real-time data sync.
  • Integrate and manage
    Firebase services
    (Auth, Firestore, Storage, FCM).
  • Collaborate with backend and product teams for seamless API integrations.
  • Maintain high code quality with best practices, code reviews, and testing.
  • Optimize apps for performance, responsiveness, and scalability.

Required Skills

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong hands-on experience with
    Flutter & Dart
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Bloc
    and
    Riverpod
    state management.
  • WebRTC implementation experience.
  • Socket integration (Socket.IO/WebSocket).
  • Firebase ecosystem (Auth, Database, Storage, Cloud Functions, Notifications).
  • Git/GitHub for version control.

Experience:

  • 3–4 years of relevant development experience.
  • Proven experience in deploying apps to
    Google Play Store
    and
    Apple App Store
    .
  • Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (Unit, Widget, Integration).

Preferred Qualifications

  • CI/CD pipeline knowledge.
  • Performance optimization and debugging skills.
  • Experience with analytics and crash reporting tools.
