Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products or services
  • Follow prepared scripts to provide information and handle objections
  • Answer incoming calls from potential customers and respond to inquiries
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information during and after calls
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly call/lead targets
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives when needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism on every call
  • Document all call information accurately in the CRM or call log
  • Follow company policies and comply with relevant telemarketing regulations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or communication training is a plus
  • Proven experience as a telemarketer, call center agent, or similar sales role
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets

  • Multitasking and time management abilities
  • Ability to adapt to different customer personalities

Job Type: Full-time
