
Sales Backend Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsAppPrepare and issue quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and follow-up documentation.
- Maintain and update CRM with lead, inquiry, and customer informationCoordinate with design, production, and logistics teams for order processing and delivery timelines.
- Manage digital and physical documentation (e.g. drawings, data sheets, POs, invoices).
- Track and report sales activities, open inquiries, and quote conversion ratiosAssist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and compiling technical submissions.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with customers and internal departmentsManage and update product catalogs, pricing sheets, and proposal templates.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Engineering, Business, or related field)1–3 years of experience in a sales support, backend, or coordination role (HVAC or manufacturing industry preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google.
- Workspace. Attention to detail, organizational ability, and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable handling customer queries and technical documentation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
