Overview of the jobBRD-BRM - Technical/Specialist - Band BTA
This role is part of the Technical/Specialist job family at Procter & Gamble. As a member of this job family, you will be responsible for contributing to and executing strategies within your team or organization. This role is designed for individuals who are ready to take on average growth expectations in a stable external business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to and execute strategies within your team or organization.
- Identify and lead developments of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products.
- Collaborate and network effectively within immediate team or work domain as required to maximize job impact and personal learning.
- Accomplish tasks as an individual contributor with more direct supervision, training, and development of entry level professionals and A&T/Band 1 employees.
- Ensure compliance with relevant external (legal, tax) and internal (e.g. decision authority, procure to pay) stewardship requirements.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to and execute strategies within a team or organization.
- Experience in identifying and leading developments of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products.
- Proven ability to collaborate and network effectively within a team or work domain.
- Prior experience in accomplishing tasks as an individual contributor with more direct supervision, training, and development of entry level professionals.
- Familiarity with relevant external (legal, tax) and internal (e.g. decision authority, procure to pay) stewardship requirements.
Skills needed:
- Excellent project management and attention to detail, with discipline.
- Accountable for monthly checks across platforms to ensure claims adherence in content/D-com/social
- Move offline claims to a new online portal - with precision
- Run internal crawling software's to understand any divergence
- Track and enable adherence for high-risk claims
- Enable monthly budget reviews - block, track, MOM, actions.
Job Qualifications
Graduate with 2-4 yrs of work exp.
