Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with stakeholder expectations.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
  • Team Coordination
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
  • Assign tasks and ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to track updates and resolve issues.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and progress clearly and timely.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective coordination and delivery.
  • Resource & Budget Management
  • Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control measures.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Quality Assurance
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and document best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Lead
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
