Role Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for placing students into top medical coding companies. You'll track students' learning progress, guide them through certification processes, and coordinate with companies for interview scheduling and placement results. This role requires constant communication with students and industry partners to ensure smooth onboarding and successful career placement.

Key Responsibilities:


• Track students' syllabus completion and certification progress through regular calls and follow-ups.


• Provide guidance and support to students regarding learning milestones and exam preparations.


• Follow up with companies for interview schedules, feedback, and placement outcomes.


• Maintain relationships with hiring partners to create placement opportunities.


• Keep accurate records of student progress, placement status, and follow-up actions.


• Collaborate with internal teams to address student queries and resolve issues.


• Ensure timely communication between students and companies.


• Support students in preparing for interviews, including documentation and readiness.

Skills and Qualifications:


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.


• Ability to manage multiple students and companies at once.


• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.


• Comfortable making continuous follow-up calls.


• Problem-solving attitude and patience in handling student concerns.


• Prior experience in the recruitment or education sector is a plus but not required.


• Passion for helping students achieve career success.
