We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven finance and accounting professional to head our Finance &Accounts department. The Head of Finance & Accounts will be responsible for overseeing allfinancial operations, ensuring strategic financial management, driving operational efficiencies, andensuring statutory compliance. This senior leadership role requires a combination of strong technicalexpertise and team management capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record infinancial leadership within a growing organization (Rs Crore Revenue), a robustunderstanding of accounting principles, and a forward-thinking approach to supporting theorganizations business goals.

Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Management & Reporting:o Lead the preparation, analysis, and presentation of timely and accurate financialstatements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.o Ensure adherence to all relevant accounting standards and regulatory frameworkswhile maintaining high-quality financial reporting.o Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensureliquidity and financial health.o Drive strategic financial decision-making through comprehensive financial modelling,scenario analysis, and variance analysis.

2. Financial Planning & Analysis:o Lead the financial analysis of business performance, providing actionable insights toguide strategic decisions and operational efficiency.o Support new business initiatives through detailed financial analysis and scenarioplanning.

3. Audit & Statutory Compliance:o Ensure full compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including GST,TDS, Income Tax, and other tax filings, while keeping abreast of changes in theregulatory environment.o Oversee the coordination and execution of annual audits, acting as the primarypoint of contact for external auditors and regulatory bodies.o Maintain a robust internal control framework to mitigate risks and safeguardcompany assets, ensuring the integrity of financial data.

4. Process Improvement:o Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function,with a focus on automation, system optimization, and process standardization.o Drive the adoption of best practices in financial systems, reporting tools, andinternal controls to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.

5. Treasury & Cash Flow Management:o Oversee treasury functions including cash flow management, working capitaloptimization, and capital structure planning.o Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing insights into hedging strategies,insurance, and risk mitigation.6. Stakeholder Management:o Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g.,banks, auditors, tax authorities) to ensure seamless financial operations.o Prepare presentations and reports for the Board of Directors, providing updates onfinancial health, strategic initiatives, and risk management.

7. Leadership & Team Management:o Lead, mentor, and build a high-performance finance team by fostering a culture ofcontinuous learning and professional growth.o Ensure effective resource management by delegating tasks, setting clear objectives,and ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

Qualifications &

Skills:- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) with 7-10 years ofexperience or CA/CMA-Inter/M.Com/MBA-Finance with 10-12 years of experience in mid-size organizations, preferably from service industry Technical ExpertiseDeep knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (IGAAP/IndAS) andapplicable tax laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax). Proficiency in Tally and ERP systems CommunicationExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both seniormanagement and external stakeholders. Strong presentation skills are essential. Analytical & Problem-Solving

Advanced Excel & Data AnalyticsExpertise in data-driven decision-making tools andadvanced Excel functions (macros, pivot tables, etc.) is desirable.
