Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist with strong B2C experience to manage and grow our brand presence across social platforms. The role requires creativity, a data-driven approach, and the ability to drive engagement, awareness, and community growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of brand social media channels (Meta, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop and execute engaging social media strategies and campaigns tailored for B2C audiences.
- Create, curate, and publish content (posts, reels, videos, stories, etc.) aligned with brand voice.
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize campaigns.
- Work with design, product, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to keep the brand relevant.
- Engage with online communities and respond to customer queries/feedback on social channels.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of proven experience in B2C social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of organic and paid strategies across social platforms.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
- Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Analytical ability to interpret social media metrics and optimize performance.
Good to Have:
- Prior exposure to stock markets, trading, or financial services.
- Ability to simplify finance-related topics into engaging social-first content.
- Experience building communities around niche interest groups (e.g., investors, traders).Role & responsibilities
