Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive materials, tools, and supplies from vendors with proper documentation (GRN, invoice, challan, etc.)
  • Check quantities and quality of incoming materials.
  • Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/excel/manual register.
  • Issue materials to production as per approved requisition slips.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and segregation of materials.
  • Manage stock levels and report low-stock items to the supervisor.
  • Conduct monthly/weekly stock audits and physical verification.
  • Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) system for material movement.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards inside the store.
  • Coordinate with purchase, production, and accounts departments.
  • Manage packing material and dispatch-related documentation (if applicable).
  • Prevent loss, theft, or damage of materials by following proper security protocols.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Storekeeper in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and material handling.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP, stock software).
  • Good communication and record-keeping skills.
  • Physically fit to handle store work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
