Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of incoming & outgoing coal, samples, and consumables.
  • Supervise loading/unloading, weighment, and safe storage of coal.
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and quality teams for daily stock updates.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requests for materials.
  • Ensure proper documentation: GRN, issue slips, stock registers, challans.
  • Maintain housekeeping, safety practices, and prevent loss/damage.
  • Assist in periodic stock audits and report discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • 12th / Graduate; experience in coal trading/handling preferred.
  • Knowledge of stock management, weighbridge operations, and documentation.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, email).
  • Attention to detail, honesty, and ability to work in field/yard environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
