Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and well-groomed professional, preferably with a Cabin Crew / Hospitality background, to join as Executive Assistant to the Chairman at Chennais Amirta. The role requires a combination of administrative excellence, communication finesse, and brand representation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Chairmans calendar, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Maintain accurate Minutes of Meetings and track action points.
- Coordinate weekly schedules, events, and office activities for smooth operations.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, media, and business partners.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Chennais Amirta, ensuring professional representation at all times.
- Support in office management, correspondence, and confidential tasks.
Desired Profile:
- Prior experience as Cabin Crew / Hospitality professional is highly preferred for personality, grooming, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of English (spoken & written).
- Ability to multitask, manage confidential information, and adapt to a dynamic schedule.
