Open Opportunity:
Teamlease is looking for the person having a relevant B2B sales experience for consulting and selling our Payroll outsourcing and Labour Laws compliance solutions to corporate clients.
The ideal candidate would be self driven, aggressive professional who can work independently, while building strategies suitable to the geography. If selected, the candidate would be working closely with the leadership team and will be afforded significant learning and growth opportunities.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Generate revenue through Sales of Teamlease's B2B HR compliance services & products
Qualify Leads and Hunt for prospects
Map assigned geographies for key contact in all types of companies, preferably enterprise accounts.
Fix meetings and demos with key HR contacts in assigned geographies
Present Teamlease's offerings that are best suited to the client.
Design solutions in conjunction with the sales support and leadership to present to clients
Negotiate, formalize and on-board clients
Hand-hold clients during initial migration
Meet periodic Revenue targets.
Fitment:
3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales (Manager role)
Experience in HR sales will be preferred ( Allied industries are Compliance, Payroll, staffing, recruitment, L&D, BGV, etc)
Excellent English communication. Knowledge of local language will be a huge added advantage
CTC: Between 10 to 12 lakhs depending on quality and experience. Attractive Quarterly Sales Incentives additional.
Having an MBA will be an added advantage
